Availability and Booking: You can use the link in my bio to book or message me if you cannot figure it out. As many of you know, this is not my only job. My schedule is variable and I constantly open new days. It is always best to check my booking link. Please DO NOT call or text me after 8pm. I have received text messages at all hours of the night. Unless it is an emergency, this is not okay. It is not appropriate to text someone at 3 am about services. Your message CAN wait. 

Payments: I prefer cash, Venmo, Cashapp or Paypal to keep prices low. I do accept all major credit cards and care credit, however they do charge me a fee which is why I prefer other payment methods. For services over $300 I will take off $25 if you pay in cash. We do also accept Care Credit.

Late Policy: A 10 minute grace period is given to all my patients from the start time of their appointment. This is so there is enough time for your appointment and so we don’t run into someone elses appointment. Being on time is important and I don’t like feeling rushed nor do my patients like their appointment rushed because someone was late. These are cosmetic procedures, rushing is not a option! If your going to be late, you can call and see if we can still see you or put you at a different time. You may also go online and reschedule your appointment. If you are late and we cannot see you, that is still considered a visit as we reserved that time for you and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Life happens, people get sick. If you don’t cancel your appointment, before the 48-hour window, you will be charged a $100 late/cancellation fee. Patients are welcome to reschedule their appointment in the portal, if you believe you will not make your appointment. If you no-show, you have forfeited your deposit and will no longer be able to been seen at my office. We respect our providers time and it is hard to fill appointments at the last minute. Only exception is inclement weather. When you book your appointment, you are agreeing to our policies.

Refund Policy: No refunds are offered for services rendered. Despite our best efforts, aesthetic results may vary. We cannot guarantee desired results. These procedures are voluntary procedures. Retail products are not eligible for refunds. If the product is defective, it can be exchanged for the same product within 7 days.

Events/Parties Cancellation Policy: If an event/party is cancelled at the last minute or cancelled due to not having enough guest, the host pays a $100 cancellation fee. If people sign up for the event/party and no-show/cancel at the last minute, they will be charged a fee. It is the host’s job to make sure there is enough people for a event/party. When the patient’s cancel on the host at the last minute it leaves the host and provider in a bind and is simply unfair to both parties. I do parties and event to help my patients with providing discounts and complementary services. I do not have to do these parties. I should not have to reach out to the host because their guests are not signed up. This is the host’s job and one of the reason why they receive discounted/&or free services.

Termination of patient-provider relationship: No-Shows, Verbal Abuse, Harassment, Calling and/or messaging after hours in the late evening (unless a emergency). In the event of a emergency, please call 911. Three last minute cancellations before the 48 hour window, Not paying for services rendered, Disputing Charges for services that you received.
