Meet the Founder Nurse Jena, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP, APRN-C
Jena is the founder of J & A Aesthetics and Wellness, bringing over 19 years of experience in the beauty field. Her career began in cosmetology, where she developed a deep appreciation for aesthetics, artistry, and confidence that comes from feeling your best.
During her career she realized how she wanted to make an impact on the world in a bigger way. Jena was fortunate to have worked as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Postpartum, and Psychiatry Floor. She holds a Masters of Science in Nursing from The University of Cincinnati. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 13 years and a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 7 years. She has worked at local hospitals and clinics helping and healing families across the Cincinnati region. She has had the privilege of shadowing local plastic surgeons and doing her clinical rotations in Neurology where she was first introduce to Botox.
Jena believes everyone should be their own kind of beautiful.
Alesia Brockhoff, RN, BSN
Alesia is a valued injector at J & A Aesthetics and Wellness, known for her warm approach and dedication to patient care. As the daughter of founder Jena, she has been immersed in the aesthetics industry since the beginning, developing a strong foundation in both clinical excellence and client experience.
Alesia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and brings hands-on clinical experience from her work at CCHMC. Her medical background, combined with her attention to detail and passion for aesthetics, allows her to deliver safe, precise, and natural-looking results.
As an aesthetic injector, Alesia is committed to enhancing her clients’ confidence through personalized treatment plans and continued education in the latest techniques and advancements. She is dedicated to providing results that align with each client’s unique goal while maintaining a strong focus on safety and artistry.
In addition to managing daily operations, Alesia is a licensed spray tan artist bringing both technical skill and a keen eye for detail to every treatment she performs.
Outside of the MedSpa, she enjoys her free time with her two dogs and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.
Meet Injector Mariah Dalton, RN, BSN
Mariah is a skilled aesthetic injector and registered nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience. She currently works at UC Health on the L&D floor where precision, patient safety, and compassionate care are at the core of everything she does.
Mariah approaches aesthetic injecting as both a science and an art. She values precision, facial harmony, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring every client receives results that are natural, elegant, and are tailored to their unique features.
Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys her free time with her kids, shopping, and tackling home improvement projects. With her natural creative eye for design and detail, she brings both warmth and artistry into everything she does.
Jen Milano, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jen has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years. She chose this profession because she likes being able to connect with others on a healing level. Massage therapy allows her to contribute her skills in a way not many other jobs allow. Her massage sessions are uniquely tailored to each patient.
Jen has worked in the Medical-Chiropractic field as a Massage Therapist for 4 years. She has performed massage therapy on individuals involved in auto accidents, workers compensations injured, and those in need of a massage to address muscular complaints
